Director Aida Gevorgyan is a passionate Armenian native who is dedicated to empowering female voices and stories through authentic depictions in drama, action, and thrillers. Her body of work is a testament to a strong orientation towards diversity in storytelling, helping to create a more inclusive film industry. A graduate of USC Cinematic Arts, Aida has directed 11 short films including Iris, Virago, and Welcome. She has earned recognition for her achievements and remarkable contributions to the field of communications and has been nominated for the Annenberg Directing Fellowship. Aida has had a career in the film and television industry where she worked as an assistant director for a TV show, Nova Vita, and a feature-length film, Hunter’s Moon. Her work experience also extends to the music industry, where she has directed and produced more than 10 music videos. Today, with over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has distinguished herself as a competent Director and a prolific filmmaker.
